In 2002 Blackout Leather Productions recognized a need to honor the people and businesses in Portland's Leather Community for their ongoing activities, dedication, and service to the community.  To accomplish this, Blackout created the Rose & Thorn Awards.  

This year's award ceremony will be on

August 14th, 2011 at 1pm, following the Victory Brunch.  The location is:

Charlie's on Grand Restaurant at the Courtyard by Marriott, 435 NE Wasco, Portland OR.

Deadline for submissions is Midnight, Friday July 22nd.  Please include the name of the person, title, business, organization, etc., and what award you are nominating them for, and a brief reason why you think they deserve this award.
