Blackout Leather Productions of Oregon, Inc. (BLP) is a non-profit corporation comprised of volunteers from Portland's Leather community.

Formed in 1997 by a prominent group of Portland's Leather community, BLP is honored to own the Mr. and Ms. Oregon State Leather titles and produce Oregon Leather Pride Week.

With the revival of the Oregon State Leather titles, BLP returns to a community tradition of the winning titleholders serving and supporting Oregon's expanding sexual minorities communities through fundraising and other events.
