Jeremy Eller aka Brandon Blue is a very unique individual. There is actually more than one personality to him. There is the shy, family-oriented, and caring side which is Jeremy. This is the side that is seen when he is spending time with his daughters; Anna and Lexa. There is the fully outgoing, fun-loving, and flirtatious side which is Brandon. This is the side that comes out when he is performing on stage. Yet, there is another side to him that most of the community sees. This side is the combination of the first two sides and a lil bit more. He is outgoing, flirtatious yet shy, and caring all in one.
Brandon loves to perform on stage for three reasons. One; he enjoys having fun. Two; he enjoys it when the crowd is having fun. The more fun they have, the more fun he has. The third and some say most important reason is that he loves to make people feel good about themselves. Brandon has no qualms of who he flirts with or dances up to. Any person sitting in the crowd getting attention from a performer on stage feels better and more confident in his or herself. This last reason is the one that drives Brandon Blue to continue performing and putting on shows any way he can.
Brandon has been involved in shows for benefits many times over the last seven years. He has done fundraisers for S.M.Y.R.C., Camp Starlight, and Indigo Rescue. These fundraisers bring out the best in Brandon. His energy level rises and he does anything at all to create a show that the crowd will enjoy. No matter what the cost. Most of these events have been hosted or emceed by past Oregon State Leather title holders like Tobin Britton, Lynnda Hale, and Earl Coffman. These are just a few of the many outstanding members of the community that have had a large influence on Brandon’s view of what he wants to do for and in the community. Each of them have offered advice and guidance for him. They have shown him the ways of the community as well as ways of the lifestyle.
Brandon Blue has supported many of these past title holders in their title searches and reigns. A recent title holder was quoted in saying “Your turn is coming soon, Brandon.” This made him start thinking about what he could do for the community and for the future. He wants to increase the awareness and interaction of the ‘normal’ society with the Leather and Gay community. He has many ideas in how to help make this happen which we will eventually see in the coming years. Jeremy’s years of experience in security has given him much interaction with not only society but also many businesses within the Portland area. This interaction with Portland businesses gave him the incentive to start his own business. He teamed up with a long time friend and began a photography business. With their experience combined, they look to become one of if not the company that the gay, lesbian, leather, and fetish community goes to for photography.
All in all, Jeremy Eller aka Brandon Blue has many diverse sides to him which we can see just by spending time with him. The family side, the performer side, and the all-encompassing side. |
