Krystel aka Michelle, has been involved in the Leather community for over ten years. During her tenure with the Imperial Sovereign Rose Court, Krystel held the titles of Debutante, Ms Gay Oregon and this October she is celebrating her 10 year as Empress. While Empress, Krystel made a firm commitment to attend Leather functions, keeping the lines of communication and goodwill open between the Drag and Leather titleholders.
"One of the most notable events that I feel bridged my connection between Drag and Leather is when I accepted the challenge to shave my head for charity after declaring to Don Hood, the reigning Mr Oregon State Leather at the time, that I would be unable to attend the Buzz Cuts and Boots event as I was going to be at an out of town coronation. After raising over $500 for the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, I kept my word and at the Out of Town show, in front of all my friends and fellow court members with Don Hood at my feet, I shaved my head. It was the most wonderful experience of my life and I'm glad I had the opportunity to raise some money for a worth wile charity."
Now a retired drag queen, Krystel lives outside of Sandy, Oregon with her better half and 3 wonderful, if sometimes a pain in her ass animals, Robbie, Keelee, and Abee.... |
